Music & Dance
Kurma Sanskriti School is committed to developing confident, well-rounded students with capabilities and the spirit to reach for the stars. A rich variety of cocurricular activities, which are considered an ESSENTIAL part of a child's education are included in the curriculum.
Activitie include Public Speaking, Debating, Elocution, Indian Dance, Western Dance, Indian Music, Western Music, Yoga, Drama, Art & Craft, Abacus, Cotton Spinning and Weaving, Pottery, Carpentry, etc.
Instruments like Keyboard, Guitar, Violin, Drums, Acoustic/Congo and Octa- Pad are taught here.
Indian Classical Vocal Music is taught along with instruments like- Harmonium, Table, Sitar/Flutes.
Dance helps to increase the stamina as a viable form of exercise. Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Western Ballet, Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Spanish, etc. are a few of the dance forms that students at the school get to learn.
Dramatics is part of the time table and helps immensely in the development of student’s personality. It aims to help children in expressing them selves, their aspirations, fears & desires.
