DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

3 Passport size photographs of the student with name.
3 Passport size photographs of the student with the Parent (Combined)
Pre-Primary classes – Birth Certificate (Original)
Medical Certificate of the Student
Class I onwards – School leaving certificate/ Transfer Certificate
Photocopy of report card of the previous class
Residence Proof
Copy of Aadhar card/Passport/any other government document
Vaccination record/chart
